Main Objective and Goals:

LaunchPath has already developed the foundational curriculum for its two business growth programs. This project now focuses on expanding, refining, and enhancing the content to create a more robust and interactive educational experience. Students will build upon existing materials to develop:

  • Additional case studies tailored to diverse industries and Canadian business environments
  • Expanded market research assignments with current data sources
  • Advanced growth strategy exercises rooted in real-world application
  • Interactive components and activities to increase learner engagement
  • Suggested improvements to the course delivery format and structure

The ultimate goal is to evolve the current curriculum into a more dynamic, comprehensive program that continues to support LaunchPath’s mission of helping businesses start, grow, and scale successfully in Canada.

Deliverables

Expected Outcomes and Deliverables:

Students will deliver an expanded and enhanced set of curriculum materials for LaunchPath’s business growth programs. Deliverables will include:

  • New or revised case studies and assignments
  • An expanded module list (suggested lesson breakdowns)
  • Enhanced interactive materials (quizzes, worksheets, simulations, etc.)
  • An evaluation of the original content with improvement recommendations
  • A finalized, cohesive curriculum package ready for use with clients, students, or partner institutions

  • Review the original curriculum

Week 3–5: Content Expansion

  • Create or update case studies
  • Develop new assignments, activities, and research tasks
  • Outline new or revised modules

Week 6–7: Interactive Component Design

  • Build out engagement tools (quizzes, templates, frameworks)
  • Refine layout or formatting suggestions for final delivery

Week 8–10: Packaging & Final Edits

  • Assemble the curriculum into one deliverable
  • Provide an improvement memo and summary document
  • Submit final presentation and recommendations

Final Deliverables:

  • Expanded curriculum document (Word or PDF)
  • Companion teaching assets (slides, exercises, quizzes)
  • Summary report outlining the improvements and rationale
  • Final presentation deck (optional)
